MiniTAP – Web sequencer

A fun sequencer for the web
that runs as a browser extension.

Each channel can be set to trigger on the beat (sequencer), on keystroke, or randomly.

The key bindings are designed for expressive usage in live settings. No mouse needed.

MiniTAP posts messages to the window. What you do with them is up to you.

Tap following the tempo to guess the BPM. Use the arrow keys for fine tuning.

I coded MiniTAP
in 26 hours!

I needed a fun and easy way to control 3D graphics in real time. So I challenged myself to code a Chrome Extension in 2 days.

It ended up taking longer than expected. Development of the extension took 3 days. Design, documentation and promo stuff took a few days more.

I ended up going from idea to launch in one week!
